The Dumbek

The American Percussion Dumbek measures about 8"w x 16"h and comes with a padded gig bag and shoulder strap.  Its available in four different finishes:

The glazed sponge finish has a textured look, using light and dark versions of the same color base glaze.

The pearl finish has an oil on water look; a rainbow of colors are washed over the base glaze. The base glaze can be almost any color.

The hand painted Dumbek is finished using acrylic paints in many different designs and patterns.

Also hand-painted, the finish for this Dumbek uses colors and motifs of the American Southwest.  For a final touch, it has a feather or other earthy object attached.
