The Circular Marimba
This World Percussion instrument - is circular with about a 22" in diameter and has pie shaped wedges of varying sizes. The pie shaped wedges are areas sectioned off by using bridges so when you hit the drum along the circumference on the outside of each wedge you will notice that the pitches are different because the openings to each wedge is a different width. Also, when you hit an individual wedge from the outside to inside or vice versa you will hear different pitches as well. The package includes ; the circular marimba, a padded case for the marimba, a regular case for the legs and a pair of felt mallets. Mac Dietz Awesome playing! This is super cool.
